 Design Order Policy

Thank you for choosing our design services. To ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth communication, please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

🔹 1. Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our official Order Form or via WhatsApp voice/text message.

Please provide accurate and complete details: name, contact info, design requirements, and any references.

Incomplete or vague submissions may cause delays or rejection.

🔹 2. Voice Message Orders

Clients may send voice instructions through WhatsApp voice message at: 📱 +923027387406

Voice instructions must be clear and specific. Ambiguous voice notes may be returned for clarification.

All voice messages are treated as official client communication.

🔹 3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in advance (either full or 50% as agreed).

We accept:

Easypaisa / JazzCash (PK)

Bank Transfer (PK)

No refunds once design work has started.

🔹 4. Turnaround Time

Initial draft delivery: 2 to 5 working days (depending on project size and clarity).

Rush orders (within 24–48 hours) may include additional charges.

Delays caused by late client responses are not our responsibility.

🔹 5. Revisions Policy

Each order includes 2 free revisions.

Extra revisions will be charged based on time and complexity.

Major content or concept changes after approval will be considered a new order.

🔹 6. Delivery Format

Final designs are delivered in:

JPG / PNG / PDF

Editable formats (AI / PSD / CDR) upon request and full payment

Source files are not shared for sample/demo orders unless specified.

🔹 7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the order before work has started.

Once the design process begins, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

🔹 8. Copyright & Usage

Clients have full rights to the final design after full payment.

We reserve the right to use designs for portfolio and promotion, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Resale or redistribution of designs without permission is not allowed

🔹 9. Client Responsibilities

You must provide:

Correct spelling of names/text

Preferred size/dimensions

Specific color or style preferences (if any)

We are not responsible for mistakes in the content provided by the client.
